Legal Relationship and General Notices

1.1.  Effectiveness. These website terms of use are effective from August 1, 2025.
1.2.  Websites. For the purposes of this document, our websites refer to the set of all websites comprising our web operated at http://mobileorigin.com/ and all sub-pages.
1.3.  Service. For the purposes of this document, the service refers to an information society service that you use by accessing our websites, and its provider is the business company Ingredi Europa s.r.o., with its registered office at Krajánkova 3176/2, 14100 Prague, Company ID 28544668, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Entry 149265, Tax ID CZ28544668 (for the purposes of this document, "we" or equivalent expressions). By using the service, a legal relationship arises between us and the service recipient (for the purposes of this document, "you" or equivalent expressions).
1.4.  Web Content. For the purposes of this document, the web content that we provide to you as part of the service refers to all data that you receive from us based on your request submitted through a web browser, particularly texts, images, and also source codes of pages.
1.5.  Scope of Service Provision. No minimum scope is guaranteed within the provision of this service. The service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, in whole or in part. Its user interface, appearance, or functionality may change or be removed, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
1.6.  Service Price. The service is provided by us free of charge. You cover the technical equipment, software, and connectivity for this service.
1.7.  Reservation of Changes to Terms. These website terms of use may change and be updated periodically. Before you wish to use the web content, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with their current version.
1.8.  General Restriction. It is forbidden to use any means to disrupt or circumvent the security measures associated with this service or other services of ours, related or other internet services and pages, or computer networks.
1.9.  Exclusion of Liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any damage you may incur in connection with this service, and also agree to limit the amount of compensation for any such damage to CZK 0.

2.1.  Exclusion of License. If the web content, in whole or in part, is a work protected by copyright, and unless otherwise stated for an individual component of the web content, we do not grant you a license to the web content, and it may not be used outside legal restrictions and exceptions without our explicit consent.
2.2.  Database Rights. You are not authorized to extract or otherwise use our databases without our express consent. Furthermore, you undertake to refrain from similar actions even in relation to such our databases that do not enjoy copyright protection.
2.3.  Links. If you link to our websites, you acknowledge that you must not provide third parties with a link that circumvents our security or content distribution control measures, such as links only available to logged-in users. In all cases, we also reserve the right to change the structure and content of the websites, introduce new or modify existing content control measures, which may result in your previously obtained content becoming non-functional. You acknowledge that in such a case, you are not entitled to compensation for any damage.

User Account

3.1.  Definition. A user account is a record in our database and the data assigned to it; it is determined by a login name and password, which serve for authentication. Personal data may be assigned to the user account, and if the user account represents a legal entity, this personal data identifies the natural person acting on its behalf.
3.2.  Use of User Account. Some parts of the service may be linked to user account access. In such a case, it is necessary to register a user account, which is subject to the registration conditions specified below.
3.3.  User Account Registration Conditions. By registering, you express your agreement to the following conditions:
3.3.1.  We will carry out the registration based on your request sent via the web form located on the websites, provided that all required information is entered and you agree to these registration conditions.
3.3.2.  One email address can only be used for one user account.
3.3.3.  The provider reserves the right to refuse registration.
3.3.4.  The user account also serves for communication and dealings with us. It is your duty to ensure that only you, or a person authorized by you, has access to your user account. The actions of such a person within the user account are considered actions on your behalf.
3.3.5.  As part of system maintenance, we may deactivate inactive user accounts and delete or merge duplicate user accounts.
3.3.6.  In case of a breach of your obligations arising from this document, we have the right to terminate or restrict the provision of the service to you, for example, by blocking your user account, deleting it, or preventing access to the websites.

4.1.  Service Description. Our service includes an online store (e-shop) where e-commerce services can be used through the service's user interface. We function as a virtual storefront where you can use the internet and a web browser or other device that allows online shopping, in particular, browse the product range, obtain detailed information about goods, select goods for purchase, and place orders, choosing the payment method and delivery method.
4.2.  Information Accessibility. We ensure that these terms and other texts describing our service, information necessary to understand the service, and information regarding compliance with accessibility requirements are presented on the websites:
4.2.1.  in a commonly accessible format,
4.2.2.  in an intelligible manner,
4.2.3.  so that the user is able to perceive them,
4.2.4.  made accessible through more than one sense by being provided in formats that can be used to create alternative supportive formats allowing presentation in various ways and ensuring perception through more than one sense,
4.2.5.  with appropriate font size and suitable shape, taking into account foreseeable usage conditions and with sufficient contrast, as well as adjustable spacing between letters, lines, and paragraphs,

4.3.  Service Accessibility. Our goal is to meet accessibility requirements when providing the service so that the service is available to the widest possible range of people, including persons with disabilities. In doing so, we ensure the following:
4.3.1.  The service, its websites, including mobile versions, are made accessible in a consistent and appropriate manner, so that they are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
4.3.2.  Support services provide information about the accessibility of the service and its compatibility with assistive technologies, using communication methods accessible especially to persons with disabilities.
4.3.3.  We provide information regarding the accessibility of goods and services sold, if the responsible manufacturer, authorized representative, importer, distributor, or service provider provides such information.
4.3.4.  Functions and methods ensuring customer identification, service security, and order payment are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
4.4.  We achieve compliance with accessibility requirements as follows:
4.4.1.  Alternative Text Descriptions: For non-text content (e.g., images), we provide text alternatives. These allow content to be converted into other formats, such as enlarged print, Braille, speech output, symbols, or simplified language.
4.4.2.  Alternatives for Time-Based Media: For time-based media (e.g., videos, audio recordings), we provide alternative formats such as transcripts, captions, or descriptions.
4.4.3.  Flexible Content Arrangement: We create content so that it can be presented in various ways (for example, in a simplified layout) without losing its meaning or structure.
