Complaints and Returns

 

I want to return goods / withdraw from the contract

You may return goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

How to proceed:

  • Fill in the withdrawal from contract form here.
  • Pack the goods — ideally unused and in their original packaging.
  • Send them to our address:

  • Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal from the contract.

I want to make a complaint about goods

If the goods are defective, you may make a complaint within:

  • 2 years from receipt for new goods
  • 1 year from receipt for used goods

How to proceed:

  • Prepare the goods — they should be clean and complete so that we can assess them.
  • Include your proof of purchase.
  • Please state:
  • what the defect is
  • how you would like the complaint to be resolved — repair / replacement / refund
  • Send the goods to our address.

What happens next:

  • We will process your complaint no later than within 30 days.
  • We will inform you about the outcome.
  • The goods will be returned to you in the same way.

What is not covered by a complaint

Complaints do not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear caused by use
  • defects caused by you
  • goods after their expiry date

Complaint costs

If your complaint is accepted, we will reimburse you for the necessary costs related to the complaint.
